Climb the hurdles and soar the mountains
Reach within to discover your will
Seek the mental depths where reality cannot see
Force the gate that holds your only key

Have you forgotten the truth that is?
Did you steer away from what can be?
When will you stop walking and start absorbing,
And simply just be proud of all you are and will be?

Do not accept “this shall be all”
Look away from your “just another day”
Hold firm to “life is short”
Step on your words openly and just simply pray

Dig for the strength to climb the hurdles and soar the mountains
Avoid stepping on the distracting “pretty” stones
Instead grasp your internal greatness
For you were made in God’s image alone

Climb the hurdles and soar the mountains
Breathe with clarity and peace
Know that even if you are lost
There is a guiding and restful place
Where in your heart, you too shall find
A place where strength and knowledge combined
With Faith and Trust and Love and Hope
But you must first do as you are told…

Let nothing stand in your way
For you alone are worthy
Of the great things in life for always and today
