Superheroes…
Superheroes are something incredible. The extra-ordinary
amazing kind of heroes… you know heroes right? Like we all do… wait… maybe we
should figure out the heroes you know and then we can determine if you know any
superheroes…
Hero… the person who chooses to work a job to take care of
their family, choosing above and beyond their own desire to do something else…
but in that moment… the choice is for another.
Hero… the person who sleeps never and exists to bathe,
feed, and clothe the small people who live around them, caring for their every need, their every cough, their sniffles and booboos, the nightmares and monsters in the closets…

Hero… the person who commits their life to protecting others
without letting ego or power or opportunity take over, instead, always looking
over others to keep them safe and sound
Hero… the person who has dedicated their personal time to
volunteer to care for our community albeit by fighting fires, cleaning our
parks, caring for the elderly, reading to children… all because they can and
they want to
Hero… the child who against all odds… continues to be kind to
all those kids who are still learning how to be kind and be good friends.
