Dedicate

How do you dedicate a moment in time?
Is it in simply by making a rhyme?
Do you relinquish all thoughts for that one dear true friend
Or step back and breathe and hope it soon all ends?
Would you ponder each time that they stood by your side?
Would you dwell on that one time they said their goodbye?
Do you in that one moment stand fast that they are there
Or hold in your heart...the once they didn’t care?
Did you make in your mind, the moment to define,
A moment of love or one of despise?
Do you strongly feel humbled when viewing them there
Always and knowingly and lovingly cared?
They never left the moment to chance for your sake
That was all in your mind and for pity’s sake
We all are simply human, with faults nonetheless
Yet we all need each other, to bring out each others best.
