Love me awhile
Just if you will
My days are quite long
Though I fear without any frill
Alone and secure
Do not match, equal, or balance
Only those who have someone
Give a line that they know
That feeling of empty
Of wanting
Of longing
Followed by a "someday" will find me
My "someone" will love me...
So I ask yet again
Will you love me awhile?
Please if you can
Complete my day and be in my life's simple plan
I ask you to love me
If just for awhile
