Did You Know

I wrote this over ten years ago for a very special little man. Love you pal.

Once upon a time there were two little girls who were angels. They came to earth for a very short, short time. When they went back up to heaven they were asked what they thought should be done for those they just left. The twin angels replied in unison "Bring them their future, bring them a smile, bring them a son..."

To that little boy... this was written

Do you know the struggles that were before you
You came and made your entrance
Time made you the biggest treasure of all
You’ve taken broken hearts which were mending
All to slow and made them strong again.
You’ve lightened up the world that seemed to be
Complacent and long ~ You’ve shown through
Your being here that life does go on with
Brilliance and energy and hope
Your guardian angels will always be there
They will help teach you how to care.
Remember that life is a gift
As you are a wonderful gift to us all
