Lost in the middle, the haze, the fog
Feeling the light warmth and all too small
An in between feeling of disbelief and love
Is that part of the equation at all
How do the stars shine and show the clear way
When the shattered silence is so quickly betrayed
But wait ~ with what in that sound
So piercing yet calming
Brings to the heart a presence of something
So perfect and beautiful
Both audacious and genuine sincere
A mental knowledge and understanding
That true love is near
